The Chiprov museum has five halls with expositions - "Chiprov metal mining", "Chiprov school of goldsmiths", "Chiprov citizens in the 17th century", "Carpet room" and "Renaissance art". Another ethnographic exhibition is housed in Catherine's House, where there is also the only living collection of plants for dyeing wool for carpets in our country. The historical museum was founded in 1988 on the occasion of a national celebration of the 300th anniversary of the outbreak of the Chiprov uprising.

How do I get there?

The central square of the town of Chiprovtsi is located. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get there from Villa Chelyustnitsa.

Currently, the Lopushan Monastery "St. John the Forerunner" is an active male monastery. According to legends, it existed in the 10th century, but it was located near the village of Pomezhdin, in the area of Manastirishte. The monastery was burned to the ground in 1678, destroying all written evidence of its previous existence. The residents of the village of Lopush (the old name of the village of Georgi Damyanovo) donated their land for the construction of a new church. As a sign of appreciation, today the monastery is known by the name Lopushanski.

How do I get there?

The Loshushan Monastery is located about 10-15 minutes by car from Villa Chelyustnitsa. You go south on road 102, turn on road 1024, pass through the village of Georgi Damyanovo and shortly after you have arrived at the place.

Понастоящем Лопушанският манастир "Св. Йоан Предтеча" е действащ мъжки. Според предания, е съществувал през Х в., но се е намирал край село Помеждин, в местността Манастирище. Манастирът е бил опожарен до основи през 1678 г., като са унищожени всички писмени доказателства за дотогавашното му съществуване. Жителите на село Лопуш (старото име на село Георги Дамяново) са дарили земите си за изграждането на нов храм. В знак на признателност, днес манастирът е известен с името Лопушански.

Как да стигна?

Лошушанският манастир се намира на около 10- 15 минути с кола от Вила Челюстница. Тръгвате на юг по път 102, завивате по път 1024, минавате през село Георги Дамяново и малко след това сте пристигнали на мястото.

Ecopath Dejanitsa will make you immerse yourself in the charm of the Chiprov Balkan. The Chiprov waterfall, with a height of 18 m, is part of the scenic trail. This is a cascading waterfall of the Old River, which forms a small lake at its foot. You will find yourself in a real forest kingdom with wooden bridges, green meadows and protected species of flowers. Enjoy a breathtaking walk along a deep gorge and under the shade of ancient beech trees.

How do I get there?

The town of Chiprovtsi can be reached from the villa in about 20 minutes by car. The trail begins a few kilometers from the town of Chiprovtsi. The area is reached by a dirt road - at the end of it there is a fountain and tables with picnic chairs. The marking is very well signposted, follow the signs. It can be slippery because of the moss and moisture.

A unique natural phenomenon of rock formations in bizarre shapes, towering over the town of Belogradchik. Nestled between the beautiful and impressive rocks is the Caleto fortress, built during the Roman Empire, in the 1st-3rd centuries. Described as the eighth wonder of the world, the rocks are the subject of numerous legends and lore. The writer Anton Strashimirov describes them with the words "Before the fantastic visions of the Belogradchik rocks, the human fantasy is robbed, absolutely robbed with all its whims!"

How do I get there?

If you are driving, you pass through the village of Chelyustnitsa and exit onto Main Road 102. You follow the picturesque bends of the Northwest and enjoy the preserved nature. Even before Belogradchik, the remarkable rocks begin to appear on the left. Park in the center of the pretty town and walk to the sights. Or stop at the parking lot at the Belogradchishki rocks themselves, the fee is BGN 2.

An adventurous experience in a whole new underground world, that's how we can define the visit to Veneza Cave. Unique rock forms highlighted with artistic lighting in 5 halls open to tourists. The cave was discovered in the 70s and opened for visits in 2015. Metal paths have been installed that form a safe route for tourists. Up to 15 people are allowed at the same time. There are good picnic spots in the area.

How do I get there?

By car from Villa Chelyustnitsa you arrive at the destination in about 48 minutes. You go in the direction of Vidin, pass through Belimel, Dolni Lom, Sredogriv and Varbovets. You can visit on your way to Belogradchik. There is a 400-meter hiking trail, a parking lot and an information point next to the cave.

Магурата е една от най-големите пещери в България и единствената със запазени праисторически рисунки, на пещерни хора, от времето на палеолита. Намира се на южния склон на Рабишка могила, само на 18 км. северно от Белоградчик. Според проучвания, образуването на пещерата Магура е започнало преди около 15 млн. години. Там ще видите едни от най-богатите по форма и размери – сталактити, сталагмити, сталактони, синтрови джобчета, пещерни бисери, „пещерно мляко”. Използва се за производство на шампанско. Облечете се добре, защото постоянната температура в пещерата е около 11- 12 °C.

Как да стигна?

Продължавате на Северозапад от град Белоградчик по път 1401, 1102 и 1104. Минавате през селата Вещица и Рабиша. Следвате табелите към местност и комплекс "Магура". Паркирате в близост до комплекса. Движите се пеша между 5 и 10 минути до входа на пещерата. Обектът работи без почивен ден от 09:30 до 18:00, с обедна почивка между 12:00 и 12:30.

Язовир Огоста събира водите на реките Огоста, Бързия и Златица. Това е четвъртият по площ и втори по обем изкуствен водоем в в България. Около водното съоръжение ще се насладите на страхотни гледки към Врачанския и Беровския Балкан. Богат на аквакултури за любителски риболов с разнообразие от риба: шаран, каракуда, червеноперка, платика, мряна, скобар, костур, сом, бяла риба, щука, уклей.

Как да стигна?

Язовир Огоста се намира на 600 метра югозападно от крайните квартали на Монтана. С автомобил от Вила Челюстница ще стигнете за между 20 и 40 минути, в зависимост от това в кой крайискате да отидете. Можете да съчетаете с посещение на останалите забележителности в Монтана.

Castra ad Montanesium is a fortress located on the Caleto hill, near the town of Montana. The first inhabitants of the settlement lived there as early as the Stone and Copper Age. The Thracian tribe Tribali later settled there, the area was later conquered by the Romans. There is an ancient stone shrine next to a spring at the foot of the hill.

It takes about 20 minutes by car from Villa Chelyustnitsa to the center of the city of Montana. You go southeast from the village on road 102, exit on "3-ti Mart" boulevard, exit on "Izvora" street and continue to "Slaveykov" square. You turn onto "Tsar Samuil" street and Montanesium Park opens up in front of you.

The Klisura Monastery "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" is part of the Vidin Diocese. Located between the northern slopes of Mount Todorini Kukli in Western Stara Planina, it is the fourth largest monastery in Bulgaria. It was repeatedly burned down and restored by the Christian population, with a history that dates back to the time of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom. The area of the monastery is a great place to rest and walk, with restaurants.

It is located between the towns of Berkovitsa and Varshets, southeast of Vila Chelyustnitsa. It can be reached in about 30-40 minutes by car by road 812, 81 and 815.

Magurata is one of the largest caves in Bulgaria and the only one with preserved prehistoric drawings of cavemen from the Paleolithic era. It is located on the southern slope of Rabishka Mogila, only 18 km. north of Belogradchik. According to studies, the formation of the Magura Cave began about 15 million years ago. There you will see some of the richest in shape and size - stalactites, stalagmites, stalactons, sinter pockets, cave pearls, "cave milk". It is used to make champagne. Dress well because the constant temperature in the cave is around 11-12 °C.

How do I get there?

You continue northwest from the town of Belogradchik along roads 1401, 1102 and 1104. You pass through the villages of Veshtitsa and Rabisha. Follow the signs to the "Magura" area and complex. You park near the complex. You walk between 5 and 10 minutes to the entrance of the cave. The site operates without a day off from 09:30 to 18:00, with a lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30.

The Ogosta Dam collects the waters of the Ogosta, Burziya and Zlatitsa rivers. It is the fourth in area and second in volume artificial reservoir in Bulgaria. Around the water facility, you will enjoy great views of the Vratsa and Berovo Balkans. Rich in aquaculture for recreational fishing with a variety of fish: carp, crucian carp, redfin, bream, barbel, bream, perch, catfish, whitefish, pike, walleye.

How do I get there?

The Ogosta Reservoir is located 600 meters southwest of the outer districts of Montana. By car from Villa Chelyustnitsa it will take between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on which region you want to go to. You can combine it with a visit to the other sights in Montana.

Чипровският манастир „Св. Иван Рилски” е разположен в долината на река Чипровска Огоста, само на около 7 км от град Чипровци. Основан още през през Х в., през годините храмът се превръща в утвърдено книжовно и просветно средище. Защитава срещу нападенията от маджари и татари през 13 век и е използван за убежище от участниците в Чипровското въстание от 1688 г. Манастирът е разрушаван и възстановяван шест пъти за своята история. През 70-те години на XX век е обявен за паметник на културата.

Как да стигна?

До манастира се стига от отбивка по пътя между селата Белимел и Железна, за около 15 минути от с кола от Вила Челюстница. Съчетайте разходката с посещение на историческия музей в град Чипровци и обаятелната екопътека Деяница, от която Чипровският водопад е част.
